12V 5m IP67+ 3528 White LED Strip - 60/m

Demand the best for your outdoor installation! The 12V CDNLUX 5m IP67 3528 White Outdoor LED Strip is what you need for a bright weatherproof lighting. It is perfect for lighting your gazebo, awning or outdoor terrace. We do not suggest this product for pool lighting.

The 3528 Certified IP67 LED Strip features 60 LED lights per meter for a total of 300 LED over its total length of 5m, a brightness of 400lm per meter and a 120 degree illumination angle. Versatile, it can be cut every 3 LED lights (approx.5 cm). To best suit your existing decor, it comes in three variations of White: Warm White (3000k), Natural White (4000-4500k) and Cool White (6000k).

This outdoor LED Strip is offered with a 3oz PCB (Printed Circuit Board) should you need to extend your runs beyond 5 meters or if you require adding wiring while keeping a consistent light intensity. Indeed, with this custom PCB you can put a maximum of 10m continuously on the same transformer without significant voltage loss.

CDNLUX LED Strips are cULus certified. This means that they have been tested for electrical safety according to Canadian standards when they are powered by a compliant Class 2 transformer. It also means that they will pass the most rigorous building inspections in Canada and the United States.

The cULus Certified 3528 LED Strip requires a power supply of 4.8W per meter (although to ensure optimal performance of your Transformer, we recommend 6W / m) and can be dimmed using a compatible dimmer. The 3528 CDNLUX Strip with 60 LED/m is an excellent alternative to the 5050 Strip, which is more energy-consuming.

You can customize your LED lighting installation as this Strip can be cut every 3 LEDs (5cm). The CDNLUX LED Tape is vertically flexible but can not be bent horizontally. If you need to get around an obstacle or turn a corner, we recommend that you remove the iP67 cover with an x-acto knife and solder the 2-connector wire to your Strip. The solder provides a solid connection and minimal voltage loss. Then cover the weld with the appropriate silicone tips, making sure to fill the silicone tip with type 1. Quick connectors are available for the LED Strips but are not recommended for outdoor applications.
